One grain of truth for the whole company

Zerno grows marketing, CRM, ERP and analytics from a single data core — so your company runs on one system instead of eleven subscriptions taped together.

Private beta · Rolling invites · Founding teams keep founding terms

The problem

Eleven tabs. One company. Zero agreement.

Growing companies don’t lack software — they drown in it. Every tool holds its own copy of the truth, and the copies never match.

Numbers that disagree

Marketing counts 214 leads, the CRM shows 189, finance recognises 92 customers. Which report goes to the board? Whoever shouts loudest wins.

The integration tax

Zapier glue, CSV exports, a sync that silently died in March. Someone on your team is now a full-time plumber for tools that were meant to save time.

Nobody sees the whole

Which campaign produced the order that’s stuck in the warehouse and unpaid for 40 days? In a stack of silos, that question has no owner — and no answer.

How Zerno works

Plant one core. Grow four modules.

Zerno keeps a single record for every customer, order, invoice and campaign. The modules aren’t integrated with each other — they simply share the same soil.

The data core

One customer record. One order ledger. One timeline of everything that ever happened.

  1. 01
    A campaign brings a lead

Marketing writes the lead into the core — with its source stitched on.

  2. 02
Sales grows it into a deal

The CRM sees the same record: every email, click and reply already attached.

  3. 03
    The deal becomes an order

ERP picks it up without an export: stock reserved, invoice raised, margin known.

  4. 04
    Analytics reads it all

Campaign → deal → order → cash, one unbroken thread. No warehouse project.

Marketing truth

Campaigns that answer for revenue

Every lead carries its source through its whole life — through the pipeline, into the order book, all the way to the paid invoice. Marketing stops reporting clicks and starts reporting money.

  • Email, landing pages and ad tracking in the core
  • Audiences built from live CRM and order data
  • Attribution measured in margin, not impressions

From order to cash without an export

The moment a deal closes, ERP already has it: stock gets reserved, the invoice raises itself from the quote, and finance watches cash land against the same record sales celebrated.

  • Orders born from deals — no retyping, no CSV
  • Live stock levels with reorder points
  • Invoices, payments and margin per order

Analytics

The whole company on one screen

No connectors to babysit, no warehouse to build, no “data team as a prerequisite.” Zerno’s dashboards are queries over the database your team already works in — live by definition.

  • Funnel from first touch to paid invoice
  • Cohorts, repeat rate and forecastable pipeline
  • Custom reports without SQL — or with it, your call

FAQ

Straight answers

What exactly is Zerno?

Zerno is an all-in-one business platform: marketing, CRM, ERP and analytics built as native modules on one shared data core. It replaces a stack of disconnected tools with a single system where every module works on the same records.

Is the product live today?

Zerno is in private beta. We onboard founding teams in small batches with rolling invites — the form on this site is the door. Founding teams get concierge migration and keep founding terms.

Do we have to adopt all four modules at once?

No. Most teams start with the module that hurts most — often CRM or ERP — and switch the others on later. Because all modules share one core, turning on a new module never requires a migration.

How does migration from our current tools work?

During early access we do it with you: importers for common CRMs, spreadsheets and accounting exports, plus a concierge pass where our team maps your data into the core and verifies the numbers together with you.

What does Zerno cost?

Early-access pricing is set together with founding teams and stays with them — that is what founding terms mean. The pricing page describes the three plans: Seed, Field and Harvest.

Who is Zerno for?

Growing companies of roughly 2 to 200 people that sell products or services and are outgrowing the spreadsheet-and-subscriptions era: e-commerce and wholesale, manufacturers, agencies and service businesses.
