These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the zerno.io website (the “Site”) operated by Zerno (“Zerno”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the Zerno platform by customers is governed by the separate agreement concluded at sign-up; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for platform use.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about the Zerno platform — an all-in-one business system with marketing, CRM, ERP and analytics modules on a shared data core, currently in private beta — and a way to request early access. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or probe it, no automated scraping at abusive volumes, no submitting unlawful, deceptive or malicious content through the forms, and no misrepresenting who you are when contacting us.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Zerno and protected by intellectual property laws. The Zerno name and logo are our trademarks. You may view and share Site content for its intended informational purpose; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Product information and forward-looking statements

Zerno is in active development and the Site describes a product in private beta: capabilities, module composition, plans and timelines may change without notice as the product evolves. Illustrative interface mockups and example figures on the Site are exactly that — illustrations, not guarantees of specific features or results.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices; visiting them is at your own discretion.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
